【Abstract】 Industrial cluster is the source of regional competitive advantage,which has become a unique feature to the industrial growth in developed country and district.Therefore,it provides a good proof for the regional economy’ development,especially for the underdeveloped area in the west parts of China.It is necessary to stress the idea of characteristic industrial cluster,make the chance of the West Develop Campaign and strive for the beneficial policy support from the Central Government,fully making use of the industrial cluster firms and powerful R&D resources from plenty universities and research institutions scattered in Shaanxi to turn the resource advantage into the competitive advantage,and finally boost the fast economic development in Shaanxi,and even in China.更多还原
