【Abstract】 Development of circular economy is the main approach and means to accelerate the building of new-type industrialization,change the model of economic growth and improve capability of independent innovation at present.It also embodies the scientific concept of development practice.As a key project during the "11th five-year" Plan,the Qaidam national circular economic pilot industrial park in Qinghai province is one of the nation’s economic cycle pilot industrial parks developed by the National Development and Reform Commission and other ministries.Based on the study of the Qinghai province national circular economic Qaidam pilot industrial park,this paper puts forward some ideas about developing circular economy in Bayinguoleng Mongolian Autonomous Prefecture in Xinjiang.更多还原
