北京市786名中学生营养午餐知识态度与行为
KAP of Nutritional Lunch Among 786 Middle School Students in Beijing
【摘要】 目的了解北京市中学生对营养午餐的认知和食用情况,为实现营养午餐的良性发展提供参考。方法采用分层整群抽样方法,对北京市城区8所中学共计786名学生进行问卷调查。结果大多数学生选择营养午餐的初衷并非出于对其营养价值的推崇,而是为就餐方便;营养午餐的食用过程存在随意剩饭等不良现象;营养宣教工作薄弱,致使学生营养知识较匮乏。结论学校、供餐企业和社会应合力打造学生营养午餐,并结合营养午餐开展营养宣教与合理膳食指导。
【Abstract】 Objective To study the knowledge,attitude and practice of nutritional lunch among middle school students in Beijing,and to provide reference for the sound development of the nutritional lunch program.Methods With a method of stratified random sampling,a questionnaire survey was conducted among 786 students from 8 middle schools in Beijing.Results Most of the students did not chose the lunch out of advantages in nutrition,and many students did not make the best use of the meal.Their knowledge of nutrition sciences was limited due to lacking nutrition education and dietary guidance.Conclusion School,lunch providing company and the society should make efforts together to offer nutritional lunch for students.It would be more effective when nutrition education and dietary guidance provided in association with the nutritional lunch.
