北京市培智学校孤独症学生行为特征分析
Behavioral Characteristics of Students with Autism of Special Education School in Beijing
【摘要】 目的了解孤独症学生的行为特征,为尽早发现可疑病例、掌握症状特点和调整治疗重点提供依据。方法对北京市各区培智学校孤独症学生家长作关于社会人口状况的问卷调查,运用Achenbach儿童行为量表、克氏孤独症行为量表及Conners简明症状问卷评定儿童行为问题和孤独行为。结果伴随培智学校教学进程,孤独症学生学习问题明显改善,但活动、社交问题进步较缓慢。男生以社交问题为主,女生和较小年龄段以多动突出,较大年龄段表现为敌意、残忍。精神症状如分裂样、强迫和抑郁也有一定发生率。患儿特征性症状和多动障碍在康复过程中都获得一定改善。结论应根据孤独症学生不同性别、年龄的行为特征,采取相应治疗方案,同时关注孤独症患者的精神症状。
【Abstract】 Objective To study behavioral characteristics of students with autism,and to provide evidence to discover potential patients earlier and adjust treatment measures. Methods A demographic questionnaire survey was conducted among the parents of students with autism of special education school in every district of Beijing city. The students’ behavior problems and autistic behavior were evaluated with Achenbach’s Child Behavior Checklist(CBCL), Clancy Autism Behavior Scale(CBS) and Conners Abbreviated Symptom Questionnaire(ASQ). Results Activity and social ability improved slowly than study ability in autistic students with treatment of special school. The major problem among boys was social communication. Hyperactivity was the primary problem among girls and younger students. Hostility and brutality were common among older students. Some students showed psychotic symptoms such as divisiveness, obsession and depression. The characteristic symptoms of autism and hyperactivity were improved during therapy. Conclusion Appropriate treatment plan in terms of behavioral characteristics of students with autism of different age and different gender should be carried out.
