【摘要】 目的了解大学生学习、生活现状和就业信心,为加强大学生就业指导工作,端正大学生就业心态提供依据。方法抽样问卷调查甘肃省兰州市4所高校在校大学生1 500名。结果在校大学生的就业信心、对所学专业的满意度、对专业成绩的满意度、每月的生活费用是影响大学生就业心态的主要因素,且4所高校之间差异均存在统计学意义。结论为培养大学生健康的就业心态,高校学生管理人员必须把关注大学生就业信心、激发大学生学习动机、适应就业市场需求以及关心在校贫困大学生等因素作为工作的重点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate undergraduates’ study and living condition,and to provide evidence for directing employment and correcting employment mentality.Methods Sampling questionnaire survey was applied among 1 500 undergraduates in four colleges in Gansu.Results The influencing factors to undergraduates’ employment mentality were confidence of employment,satisfaction about majors,satisfaction about academic achievement and the costs of living every month.Statistical significance was found among four colleges.Conclusion The management in university should focus on the factors for confidence in obtaining employment,stimulating interests in learning,adapting to the need of employment market and concerning the poverty graduates.更多还原
