【摘要】 目的评估骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折在SKy后凸成形术后脊柱畸形、活动能力和疼痛缓解程度的变化。方法70例骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折患者接受后凸成形术治疗,范围T6~L5。分析术前、术后侧位X片的矢状位成角;术后第3天评估患者的疼痛缓解情况、活动能力的改善水平,并且调查患者对手术的满意度。结果局部后凸畸形的角度矫正为2.09°±3.96°(0°~9°)。在术后第3天绝大多数患者疼痛明显减轻,VAS术前(9.03±2.28)分,术后为(2.11±1.13)分;活动能力水平增加,术前(3.20±1.77)分,术后(1.24±0.84)分。68例患者对手术疗效满意。结论SKy后凸成形术可以提高患者的活动能力,减轻疼痛,并且可以部分矫正骨质疏松性椎体压缩性骨折所导致的后凸畸形。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the changes in spinal deformity,mobility,and pain after SKyphoplasty for the treatment of osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.Methods Seventy consecutive patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures between T6 and L5 were treated by SKyphoplasty.Sagittal alignment was analyzed from lateral radiographs(pre-and postSKyphoplasty).Patient surveys were used to assess pain relief,improvement in mobility,and satisfaction with the surgical procedure on the 3rd day after operation.Results Average 2.09°±3.96°(range,0°-9°) of correction of local spinal kyphosis was achieved by SKyphoplasty.Patient surveys revealed that the pain scores dropped from 9.03±2.28 to 2.11±1.13 and initial physical mobility scores fell from preoperative 3.20±1.77 to 1.24±0.84 on the 3rd day after operation.Significant improvement was noted in pain and physical function.Among the 70 patients,68 were very satisfied or somewhat satisfied with the procedure.Conclusion Mobility,pain relief,kyphotic deformity correction could be improved by SKyphoplasty for patients with osteoporotic vertebral compression fractures.更多还原
