【摘要】 目的比较文拉法辛与阿米替林治疗抑郁症的疗效和不良反应。方法将符合中国精神疾病分类方案与诊断标准第三版抑郁症诊断标准(CCMD-3)的60例患者,随机分为文拉法辛组和阿米替林组分别连续治疗6周,采用汉密尔顿抑郁量表(HAMD)和副反应量表(TESS)评定疗效和副反应。结果文拉法辛组和阿米替林组疗效相仿,文拉法辛不良反应轻微且起效快。结论文拉法辛是一种疗效好、副反应轻、起效快的抗抑郁药物,可在临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo compare the efficacy and side effect of Venlafaxine and Amytriptyline in treatment of depressive disorders.MethodsSixty patients who met CCMD-3 criteria of depressive disorder were randomly classified into Venlafaxine group and Amytriptyline group.The treatment course lasted for 6 weeks.The efficacy and side effects were evaluated with HAMD and TESS.ResultsThe efficacy of Venlafaxine in treatment of depressive disorder was similar to that of Amytriptyline,but the side effects of Venlafaxine was comparatively milder.ConclusionVenlafaxine takes effect more quickly.Its efficacy is better and side effect is fewer than Amytriptyline.It is worth widely using clinically.更多还原
