【摘要】 目的探讨防治皮瓣法腋臭手术并发症的措施。方法用皮瓣法治疗80例腋臭患者,针对各种常见并发症,采用多种措施治疗。结果随访3个月~1年,除2例切口延期愈合外,余均Ⅰ期愈合,疗效满意。结论通过有效措施,可以大大提高腋臭的治愈率,减少术后并发症,效果满意。更多还原

【Abstract】 ObjectiveTo discuss the methods for preventing and treating the complications of osmidresis surgery.MethodsEighty patients with osmidresis were treated by skin-flap method.Various measures have been taken to decrease postoperative complications.ResultsThe measures were confirmed quite effective.After 3 months-1 year’s follow-up,all the incisions but two were primarily healed,and no secondary deformities or strange smell was left.ConclusionThe skin flap method is optional for the treatment of osmidrosis.By taking proper procedures, postoperative complications will be averted and satisfactory results can be achieved.更多还原
