植物油储罐的消防设计

【摘要】 我国对植物油等丙类液体储罐的消防设计尚未提供完善的理论设计依据,尽管植物油等丙类罐区的火灾危险性、危害性相对较小,设计要求低,但也需设置必要和有效的消防设施。提出了植物油储罐的消防设计要求,根据植物油的物性特点,建议不采用消防冷却系统;对比甲、乙类可燃液体的设计要求,提出了植物油等丙类液体储罐泡沫灭火系统的设计方法,得出了求解泡沫混合供给强度参数的经验公式。

【Abstract】 The fire protection of storage tanks of vegetable oil hasn’t been designed with complete theory in our country yet. The storage tanks of vegetable oil have little potential fire and relatively little harmful hazard, and low requirement of design. Nevertheless, the fire-fighting requirements are very stringent. This paper give innovative proposition to the design for fire protection of vegetable oil in tanks, and it is decided not to adopt the fire-fighting cooling water system. Accorded to the characteristic of the vegetable oil itself, it is put forward designing parameter of foam fire-fighting system about fire protection designing of tanks of vegetable oil, which belongs to class C flammable liquid, compared with fire-fighting designing requirement of class A, class B flammable liquid.
