【摘要】 介绍了新型蠕化剂的研制过程。研究得出用RE-Cu-Zn-Mg-Si-Fe合金(wRE=15%~22%),w(Cu)15%~22%,w(Zn)2.5%~4%,w(Mg)0~3%,w(Si)29%~32%,Fe余量)作蠕化剂,其适宜加入量范围宽,便于蠕铁生产的稳定。

【Abstract】 The development process of new type vermicularizing alloys was described. As the result of the investigation,a kind of Re-Cu-Zn-Mg-Si-Fe vermicularizing alloy with composition of w(RE)15%~22%,w(Cu)15%~22%,w(Zn)2.5%~4%,w(Mg)0~3%,w(Si)29%~32% was obtained. This kind of vermicularizing alloy has the advantage that its proper addition range is wide,so it is beneficial to obtain stable vermicularity.
