【摘要】 目的探讨术前鉴别卵巢良、恶性肿瘤及早期诊断卵巢癌的新方法。方法应用流式细胞仪检测了146例卵巢肿瘤患者外周血T淋巴细胞亚群以及血清CA125的表达水平。结果外周血T淋巴细胞亚群、血清CA125检测卵巢癌的灵敏度、特异度分别为74.6%、68.1%;81.0%、74.7%。联合外周血T淋巴细胞亚群及血清CA125检测卵巢癌的灵敏度、特异度分别为93.7%、91.6%。结论利用外周血T淋巴细胞亚群与CA125联合检测,将明显提高卵巢癌诊断的灵敏度和特异度,有较大的临床应用价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectove To find a new method for preoperative differential diagnosis of benign and malignant ovarian tumors and early diagnosis of ovarian cancer.Method Besides the determination of serum CA125,flow cytometry was applied to detect peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation in 146 patients with ovarian tumor.Results The sensitivity and specificity of T lymphcyte subpopulation and serum CA125 for ovarian cancer were 74.6% and 68.1%,81.0% and 74.7% respectively,while the sensitivity and specificity of the combined determination of T lymphocyte subpopulation and CA125 were 93.7% and 91.6% respectively.Conclusions The detection of peripheral blood T lymphocyte subpopulation,associated with the determination of serum CA125,can significantly raise the specificity and specificity of diagnosing malignant ovarian tumor.It is a valuable clinical method.更多还原
