【摘要】 目的探讨高频超声在腹部检查中的适用性和临床价值。方法351例常规探头检查发现可疑病变或诊断不明确的病人,或临床高度怀疑有病变的病人,并初步确定该病灶与体表距离,再用高频探头检查,其所得结果与临床手术、病理、CT或MR I结果对照,并与常规检查组检查结果比较。结果病灶位于距体表15~55mm者239例,高频组显示率为90%,常规组为65%;高频组临床符合率为83%,常规组为57%。结论高频超声在适用范围内能明显提高病变显示率和图像质量,相应地提高临床符合率,是常规检查的理想辅助手段。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the applicability and clinical value of high frequency ultrasound(HFU) in the abdominal check.Method A total of 351 patients with the suspicious focus found by common probe or without definitive diagnosis,or hinted by clinical symptoms and sight were chosen.The distance of the focus to body surface was primarily defined.Then high frequercy probe was used.The results acquired from HFU was respectively contrasted to those from clinical operation,pathology,CT and MRI.Results In 239 cases whose distance of suspicious focus to body surface was 15~55mm,the manifestation rate of HFU group was 90% and the clinical coincedent rate was 83%;while they were 61% and 57% in routine group.Conclusions HFU can significantly increase the manifestation rate and improve the imaging quality,and correspondently increase the clinical coincident rate,if it is reasonably used in abdominal check.It is an ideal auxiliary means to routine examinations.更多还原
