【摘要】 目的:探讨乳腺癌各种X线征象及评价CR摄影对乳腺癌X线诊断中的价值。材料与方法:收集45例经手术、病理证实的乳腺癌X线资料做回顾性分析。结果:45例乳腺癌中,浸润性导管癌34例;髓样癌8例;黏液癌3例。钼靶X线征象显示大导管相5例、橘皮征2征、漏斗征3例、脐样征2例、塔尖征8例、牛角征6例、周边淋巴结肿大4例、钙化灶15例。结论:钼靶X线CR摄影能清楚显示乳腺癌的直接和间接征象,是首选检查方法,尤其是对乳腺癌的早期诊断及鉴别诊断上有独特价值。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To explore various x-ray signs of breast carcinoma and evaluating the value of diagnosing breast carcinoma with digital mammography.Materials and Mehtods:After collecting 45 cases surgery and pathology of the breast carcinoma information so that retrospective analyzed.Results:Among 45 cases:34 cases with catheter carcinoma,8 cases with medullary carcinoma,3 cases with mucus cancer,X-ray signs:5 great catheter,2 orange skin,3 funnel,2 stock kind,8 top-tower,6 ox-horn,4 surrounding lymph node gland,15 calcify stoves.Conclusion:Digital mammography can clearly show the direct signs and secondary signs of breast carcinoma.It’s the preferred method of checking.Especially for the early diagnosis of breast carcinoma and identification to have unique value.更多还原
