【摘要】 目的:回顾分析冠状动脉旁路搭桥术的冠状动脉造影图像资料,对选择合适的治疗手段进行评估。材料与方法:对两组不同时期260例行冠状动脉旁路术的有关资料进行分析,包括X线胸部平片、生化、心电图、心脏彩色多普勒超声、主要是冠状动脉造影情况进行比较。结果:单支冠状动脉病变行旁路搭桥术下降6%,双支病变上升4%,三支病变下降5%,多支病变上升7%。合并高血压病或患有Ⅱ型糖尿病患者所占比例明显增大。结论:冠状动脉造影能准确了解冠状动脉狭窄的程度和类型,对选择治疗方式具有重要意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Purpose:To study the angiographic characteristics of coronal artery in coronal artery bypass grafting (CABG) for choosing therapeutic method suitably.Materials and Methods:Analysis was carried out in terms of clinical information between 2 groups in 260 cases with CABG.Including X-ray,chemistry test result,cardiogram,echocardiogram,coronal artery angiography.Results:Single branch lesion decreased 6% in CABG,double branch lesion increased 4%,three branch lesion decreased 5%,multi-branch lesion increased 7%.The rate increased obviously of who with high blood pressure or type Ⅱ diabetes mellitus.Conclusion:It’s very important to realize angiographic characteristics of coronal artery for choosing therapeutic method suitable.更多还原
