【摘要】 目的通过提高采血技术,加强宣教与护理,提高新生儿疾病筛查率。方法分析广东省妇幼保健院海珠分院妇产科1445例新生儿筛查情况。结果应筛查1445例新生儿,实际筛查1412例,筛查率97.71%,其中葡萄糖-6-磷酸脱氢酶缺乏症23例,先天性甲状腺功能低下症5例,苯丙酮尿症(PKU)0例。结论新生儿疾病筛查阳性的发现和治疗及时与否,取决于筛查各个环节的质量控制。其中采血、登记、实验室技术、资料保管非常重要。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the screening rate of blood test technique, propa-gandizing related knowledge and strengthening nursing treatment. Methods Cases had been studied in Guangdong Women and Children Hospital (Haizhu Branch). Results 1 445 cases among 1 412 infants were tested, by which the testing rate was 97.71%. The result comes that 23 case load committed glucose-6-phosphate dehydrogenase (G-6PD) deficiency,5 with inborn hypothyroidism, none with phenyketonuria(PKU). Conclusion The control methods of infant medical check up can do crucial impact on early diagnoses and treatment of infant diseases. Among of them, methods of blood check, database setup, lab analysis, and information management are recommended.更多还原
