【摘要】 目的观察硬膜外导管前端软化塑型法及置管前预先注药来预防硬膜外腔置管血管损伤的效果。方法足月产妇拟行硬膜外麻醉600例,随机分为A、B、C、D共4组,每组150人。A组为常规组,穿刺成功后直接置入硬膜外导管;B组在穿刺成功后,注入1%利多卡因与1:200000肾上腺素4ml再行置管;C组在穿刺成功后,使硬膜外导管前端软化并塑型成弧形,再将导管置入硬膜外腔;D组则同时采用B、C两组的措施后再行置管。结果D组、C组硬膜外腔静脉血管受损的机会显著减少(p<0.01,p<0.05)。结论硬膜外导管前端软化塑型法在减少硬膜外腔静脉血管受损的效果确切。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of molding of the tip of epidural catheter by softening against vascular injury by epidural catheterization.Methods 600 Women receiving epidural anesthesia for cesarean section were randomly divided into four groups(group A,group B,group C,and group D,n=150).Epidural catheter was introduced into the epidural space in a conventional way in patients of Group A.in group B,1%lidocaine 4ml containing 1∶200 000 0 adrenaline was injected into the epidural space before introducing the epidural catheter.In group C,the tip of the epidural catheter was molded by softening before being introduced into the epidural space.Both the measures in group B and group C were taken before introducing the epidural catheter.Results Vascular injury was significantly decreased in patients of group C and group D compared with that of group A(p<0.05,and p<0.01).Conclusion Injection of 1%lidocaine 4ml containing 1∶200 000 0 adrenaline plus molding of the tip of epidural catheter by softening can decrease injury of epidural vein.更多还原
