【摘要】 目的观察99Tc-亚甲基二膦酸盐(99Tc-MDP)和来氟米特(Leflunomide)联合治疗对难治性类风湿关节炎(RRA)的临床效果。方法对36例顽固性RA患者联合使用99Tc-MDP和来氟米特治疗,分别在99Tc-MDP治疗0、1、2疗程时观察治疗的临床表现及实验室检查指标。结果治疗后1和2疗程有效率分别为63.9%和83.3%。患者的关节压痛数、关节压痛指数、关节肿胀数、关节肿胀指数、晨僵时间、ESR、CRP指标均有明显改善(相互比较p<0.05)。结论99Tc-MDP与来氟米特联合治疗对顽固性RA有明显疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the clinic effect on treatment of 99Tc-MDP associated with Leflunomide to refractory Rheumatoid Arthritis(RRA). Methods 36 patients with RRA were treated by 99Tc-MDP and Leflunomide. The clinic represent and the laboratory index were investigated in the 0th ,1st and 2nd period of the treatment. Results The efficiency rates were respectively 63.9% and 83% in the 1st and 2nd period of the treatment.The clinic represents were alleviated and the laboratory index including to ESR,CRP and stiff time were improved evidently. Conclusion RRA was good response for the treatment of 99Tc-MDP and Leflunomide.更多还原
