【摘要】 目的促进静脉药物配置中心工作的有效开展,充分发挥护士在医院药学中的作用,为临床合理用药提供优质服务。方法回顾性分析我院静脉药物配置中心工作开展情况,并总结配置中心的管理经验。结果将静脉药物集中配置,确保了静脉用药的安全、有效,减少了环境污染,有效降低了职业风险,同时也减轻了临床护士的工作压力。结论静脉用药集中配置已成为以合理用药为核心的药学服务的重要举措。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To promote the effective implementation of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service(PIVA), and give full play of the role of the nurse in the hospital pharmacy, providing quality services for clinical reasonable use. Method To present the going of the Pharmacy Intravenous Admixture Service of Kaiping Central Hospital of Guangdong Province and the experience gained from it, and explore the existing problems and solutions of the work. Result and Conclusion Intravenous drug confected centrally, not only ensure the safety and availability of intravenous drug, reduce environmental pollution, but also effectively reduce 1occupational risks, alleviate the pressure on clinical nurses, and has become the important initiatives of using the drug reasonably as the core of pharmacy services.更多还原
