【摘要】 目的提高合并颅脑损伤的多发骨折的急救水平。方法对1999年9月~2005年12月期间收治的57例合并颅脑损伤的多发骨折的急救工作进行回顾分析性和总结。结果骨折愈合情况骨折Ⅰ期完全愈合47例(82.46%),骨折延迟愈合2例(3.51%),畸形愈合1例(1.75%),遗留功能障碍5例(8.77%),死亡2例(3.51%)。结论快速、有效的院前及急诊急救对挽救合并颅脑损伤的多发骨折的危重患者的生命有重要的意义。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment of the severe multiple traumas of brain and fracture. Method Retrospectively analyze 57 patients suffered from severe multiple traumas of brain and fracture from 1999/9 to 2005/12. Result Fracture treatment result: 47(82.46%) patients concrescence completely, 2(3.51%) patients concrescence delayed, 1(1.75%) patient malformation, 5 (8.77%)patients function disorder, 2(3.51%)patients dead.
