表面等离子谐振(SPR)生化分析仪的研制与发展
Research and Development of Surface Plasmon Resonance Biochemical Analysis Instrument
【摘要】 表面等离子谐振(Surface Plasmon Resonance,SPR)生化分析仪是一种基于物理光学原理的新型生化分析系统。近年来SPR传感技术受到重点研究和发展,高通量、高灵敏度、小型化是其发展趋势。SPR生化分析仪在国外已经商品化。国内中国科学院电子学研究所研制成功具有自主知识产权的一系列SPR生化分析仪,其主要技术指标达到或优于国际上同类设备的先进水平,已在很多研究领域中应用。
【Abstract】 The surface plasmon resonance(SPR) biochemical analysis instrument is based on the principle of physio-optics.In recent years the SPR sensing technology has been researched and developed remarkably.The trends of its development are High-throughput,high sensitivity and miniaturization.The SPR biochemical analysis instrument has been commercialized in foreign countries.Institute of Electronics,Chinese Academy of Sciences has successfully developed a series of domestic SPR instruments with independent intellectual property,which have been applied in many areas and achieve a high level in the world.
