冷原子吸收测定人发中汞含量的研究

【摘要】 本文研究利用智能型测汞仪(F732-V)冷原子吸收测汞法测定人发中的发汞含量。较为详细的研究比较样品的消解方法,并用国标样品对建立的方法进行评价。建立简单、快速、结果可靠的方法。既适用各种人发样品中汞含量的测定,也适用于教学实验。

【Abstract】 This paper developed a analytical method for determination of the total mercury in human hair by cold vapor atomic absorption spectrometry through using F732-V Cold-atomic Absorption Spectroscopy.The different wet digestion processes to decompose the specimen were studied and compared in detail.And the developed process was successfully applied for the analysis of mercury of a national reference material.The total mercury in hair can be easily and fast determined by using this method.The result is reliable.This method is not only fit for determining the mercury in the ecological environment,but also the teaching experiment of environmental analysis.
