【摘要】 [目的]对廊坊市市直医保部分参保人群代谢综合征(MS)的患病情况进行调查,为其防治工作提供依据。[方法]以在廊坊市中医院进行体检的廊坊市直医疗保险参保人群8 477人为调查对象,进行MS患病情况的流行病学研究。[结果]在本组人群中MS的患病率为16.07%,男性患病率高于女性。在从事不同职业的人群中MS的患病率差异不大。同时,在本组人群中54.34%的人具有较高的MS发病风险。[结论]本组人群的MS患病率较高,应加强在本人群中的MS防治工作。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the prevalence status of metabolic syndrome in part of insured people of medical insurance in Langfang city,to provide evidence for its prevention and control work.[Methods]A total of 8 477 insured people of medical insurance in Langfang city were surveyed,who received health examination in Langfang Traditional Chinese Medical Hospital.And then the prevalence status of metabolic syndrome of them was analyzed.[Results]The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in these peolple was 16.07%,and the prevalence rate of man was higher than woman.The MS prevalence rates of people in different occupations were not significant different.Meanwhile,54.34% insured people had high risk of getting metabolic syndrome in future.[Conclusions]The prevalence rate of metabolic syndrome in these insured people is rather high,so it is necessary to strengthen prevention and control work of metabolic syndrome among them.更多还原
