人类免疫缺陷病毒感染对输血传播病毒感染的影响
EFFECTS OF HUMAN IMMUNODEFICIENCY VIRUS INFECTION ON TRANSFUSION TRANSMITTED VIRUS INFECTION
【摘要】 [目的]了解人类免疫缺陷病毒(HIV)感染在输血传播病毒(TTV)感染中的发生率,探讨HIV感染对TTV感染的影响。[方法]采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)法检测血清HBV、HCV、HGV、TTV免疫标志物,应用巢式聚合酶链反应(n-PCR)技术检测血清TTVDNA,用速率法或终点法检测血清肝功能指标,用放射免疫(RIA)法检测血清肝纤维化指标,用超声诊断仪检查肝胆脾形态及动态指标,应用SPSS11.0软件分析比较TTV感染与TTV/HIV混合感染肝功能检测结果、肝纤维化指标检测结果及肝胆脾形态和动态指标改变的差异。[结果]TTV/HIV混合感染占TTV感染的69.1%(38/55)、占HIV/AIDS患者的27.0%(38/141)。TTV感染与TTV/HIV混合感染肝功能检测结果差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05),纤维化指标检测结果及肝脾形态改变差异无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。[结论]TTV/HIV混合感染存在较高的发生率,HIV感染不会使TTV感染者肝脏损伤加重,对TTV感染的自然病程没有加速推进或促使恶化的作用。
【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the incidence of HIV infection occurred in TTV infection,and to explore the influences of HIV infection on TTV infection.[Methods]The ELISA method was adopted to detect serum immunological markers of HBV,HCV,HGV and TTV. The technology of nested PCR was used to check serum TTV DNA. The velocity method or endpoint method was used to examine liver function indexes in serum. The radio-immunity assay(RIA)was used to detect liver fibrosis indexes in serum. And the diasonography was used to test the morphological indexes and dynamic indexes of liver,gallbladder and spleen. Then SPSS11.0 software was used to analyze and compare the difference in liver funtion indexes,liver fibrosis indexes,as well as morphological indexes and dynamic indexes of liver,gallbladder and spleen between TTV infection and TTV/HIV combined infection.[Results]TTV/HIV combined infection accounted for 69.1%(38/55)of TTV infection,and accounted for 27.0%(38/141)of HIV/AIDS patients. The liver function indexes of TTV/HIV combined infection and TTV infection were not significantly different(P﹥0.05). The liver fibrosis indexes and changes of morphological indexes and dynamic indexes of liver,spleen of TTV/HIV combined infection and TTV infection were not significantly different(P﹥0.05).[Conclusions]The incedence rate of TTV/HIV combined infection is high,but HIV infection can’t aggravate the liver damage of TTV infection patients,and dose not accelerate and worsen the natural disease course of TTV infection.
