【摘要】 [目的]了解高血糖在人群中的发生情况,掌握糖尿病流行病学特点及变化趋势,采取相应的预防措施。[方法]采用整群随机抽样方法抽取天津市农村3个乡镇,每个乡镇再随机整群抽取2个村;按简单随机抽样原则,每村抽取90户(其中膳食调查30户、非膳食调查60户),3个群(30户/群),共计667人。[结果]天津农村社区居民糖尿病患病率6.7%,并随年龄的增加血糖平均水平逐渐升高,45～59岁年龄组血糖水平最高为(5.76±2.25)mmol/L;不同性别患病率差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.0300,P﹤0.05),女性高于男性;不同职业居民糖尿病患病率比较,差异有统计学意义(χ2=25.2881,P﹤0.01);不同体质指数人群糖尿病患病率差别有统计学意义(χ2=42.168,P﹤0.01),糖尿病患病率有随着体质指数增加而增高的趋势。[结论]糖尿病重点防治对象应放在40岁以上的城镇居民及糖耐量受损者。合理饮食和适量运动是防治糖尿病的两大基础。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To observe the situation of hyperglycemia in population and find out the epidemiological characteristics and epidemic trend of DM,and to adopt corresponding preventive measures.[Methods]Random cluster sampling was used and three towns were selected in Tianjin,and two villages were selected in each town.According to simple randomization,667 persons including 90 families(30 of which were provided dietary investigation)and 3 groups(30 families per group)were selected in every village.[Results]The prevalence of DM in rural community residents in tianjin was 6.7%.Blood glucose increased along with age,and residents aged from 45 to 59 years old had the highest blood glucose concentration(5.76 ± 2.25)mmol/L.The DM prevalence of female was significantly higher than that of male(χ2 = 5.0300,P﹤0.05).The prevalence of DM was significantly different in different occupation(χ2 = 25.2881,P﹤0.01)and BMI population(χ2 = 42.168,P﹤0.01),and the prevalence of DM increased along with the increase of BMI.[Conclusions]DM prevention should give emphasis to impaired fasting glucose patients and 40-year old residents in rural community.Rational diet and proper exercise are the base of DM prevention.更多还原
