大气污染对小学生唾液SIgA和血清免疫球蛋白的影响

【摘要】 [目的]探讨大气污染对小学生唾液SIgA和血清免疫球蛋白的影响,以揭示大气污染与小学生免疫功能的关系。[方法]根据沈阳市环保局提供的大气污染资料,采取整群抽样的方法,在轻重污染区各选取1、6年级小学生150名,男女各半。采用放射免疫法测定唾液SIgA含量,用免疫透射比浊法测定血清IgG、IgM、IgA的含量。[结果]轻、重污染区的1、6年级小学生IgM、IgA水平明显低于清洁对照区,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。而IgG水平高于清洁对照区,差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.01);SIgA在轻重污染区1、6年级小学生中差异均无统计学意义。[结论]大气污染已使小学生免疫球蛋白水平降低,免疫功能受到抑制,而对唾液中SIgA还有待进一步研究。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To investigate the influence of air pollution to SIgA and serum immunoglobulin to discover the relationship between air pollution and pupils’ immunity function.[Methods]The date on air pollution provided by Shenyang environment protective bureaus.300 pupils in grade 1 and grade 6,with half of girls and half of boys selected respectively from areas with slight air pollution and areas with heavy air pollution in Shenyany by cluster sampling method. The contents of SIgA,IgG,IgM and IgA were measured by radioimmunoassay and contrast muddy activities.[Results]Significantly low contents of saliva IgM and IgA were observed in pupils in grade 1and grade 6 in areas with slight air pollution and areas with heavy air pollution compared with those in areas with clean air(P﹤0.01). But the level of IgG in pupils from areas with clean air was higher(P﹤0.01). There was no significant differene in saliva SIgA contents of pupils between the two grades and the two areas.[Conclusicn]Air pollution results in the decreation of pupils’ immunoglobulin A,and their immune function is restrained. Its adverse effects on the contents of SIgA in salive need future study.
