【摘要】 [目的]了解低年龄女性性工作者艾滋病知晓情况,为进一步进行干预做好准备。[方法]采用自制问卷,面对面对中低档娱乐场所女性性工作者进行现况调查。[结果]低年龄女性性工作者文化程度低,小学文化程度占28.1%,初中59.7%,高中或中专12.3%;艾滋病传播途径和预防知识的回答正确率为66.9%;首次性行为年龄集中在13￣18岁,近1个月与客人发生性关系时安全套使用率59.3%,与固定性伴安全套使用率为31.0%;性病患病率较高,其中尖锐湿疣为14.0%,乙肝14.0%,生殖器疱疹1.8%,梅毒3.5%,衣原体感染1.8%,支原体感染75.4%。[结论]对年轻女性性工作者及早进行干预是非常必要的,但干预方法还有待于进一步完善和提高。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To find out the AIDS related knowledge of young female sexual workers(Fsws)and prepare for further intervention.[Methods]A survey was carried out face to face to Fsws in medium and low grade entertainment place by self-made questionnaire.[Results]The education level of young Fsws was low. The Fsws with elementary education accounted for 28.1%,with secondary education accounted for 59.7%,with senior high school education accounted for 12.3%. The correct rate of the questions about transmission rontes and prevention knowledge was 66.9%. The age of first sexual behavior focused on thirteen to eighteen. 59.3% participants reported condom use with clients in the last one month,31.0% participants reported condom use with regular partern in the last one month. The prevalence rate of sexually transmitted disease(STD)was higher. The prevalence rate of Condyloma Acuminatum,hepatitis,herpes progenitalis,syphilis,Chlamydia infection,mycoplasma infection was 14.0%,14.0%,1.8%,3.5%,1.8% and 75.4% respectively.[Conclusion]Early intervention is very important for young Fsws,but the intervention methods need further promotion.更多还原
