【摘要】 [目的]了解人群心率分布特征及其与心血管病危险因素的关系。[方法]对某医院2003～2004年体检者的心率、血压、血脂、血糖、血尿酸等资料进行描述,分析心率与心血管疾病危险因素的关系。[结果]人群心率随年龄增加而增加(P﹤0.005),平均心率77次/min,高于以往认识的72次/min;绝大多数(91.51%)心率分布在60～90次/min;随心率增加,体重指数、血压(收缩压、舒张压)、血糖、血脂(胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇)、血尿酸等均呈增加趋势,收缩压增加的趋势强于舒张压;脉压在心率90次/min之上显著增加;各种代谢性疾病的检出率,包括高脂血症、高尿酸血症、糖尿病等均随心率增加而增加(P值均﹤0.005)。[结论]心率增快与多种代谢性疾病之间存在密切关联,是发生心血管病的一个重要危险因素。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To master the characteristics of heart rate distribution of population,and find out its relation with risk factors of cardiovascular disease.[Methods]The situations about heart rate,blood pressure,blood lipids,blood glucose,uric acid of individuals who had physical examination in a hospital from 2003 to 2004 were described, and the relation between heart rate and risk factors of cardiovascular disease was analyzed.[Results]Heart rate speeded up with the increase of age(P﹤0.005). The average heart rate was 77 per minute,which was higher than 72 per minute in the past. The heart rate of majority people(about 91.51%)was from 60 to 90 per minute. With the speed up of heart rate,there was a appreciable increase in body mass index,blood pressure(including systolic and diastolic pressure),blood glucose,blood lipids(including cholesterin,triglyceride and low-density lipoproteinemia cholesterin),uric acid and so on. The increasing trend of systolic pressure was higher than that of diastolic pressure. Pulse pressure increased sharply when heart rate was above 90 per minute. With the increase of heart rate,the detection rate of many metabolic diseases raised,such as hyperlipidemia,hyperuricemia,diabetes,and so on(P﹤0.005).[Conclusion]There is a close relation between increased heart rate and majority of metabolic diseases,and increased heart rate is also one of the important risk factors of cardiovascular diseases.更多还原
