【摘要】 [目的]考察禄丰县乡、村两级医疗机构合作医疗实施前后其处方用药的现状与存在的问题,并提出促进合理用药的对策,规范用药行为,保证新型农村合作医疗持续发展。[方法]描述性统计分析方法和多变量方差分析方法。[结果]调查地区乡镇卫生院和村卫生室处方中,包含3～6种药品的比例分别为76.41%和70.22%,使用两种以上抗生素的比例分别为21.5%和30.5%,使用激素的比例分别为17.1%和33.2%,使用肌肉注射或静脉滴注的比例分别为62.35%和76.44%。同时发现,合作医疗实施后,乡村两级医疗费用上升现象比较严重。[结论]通过改革管理体制、加强技术培训、改革报酬支付机制等措施来改善乡村两级医疗机构不合理用药状况。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective] To analyze the existing problems of the prescription of out-patients in township hospitals and vil-lage clinics before and after the carrying out of the CMS and offer advices for the rational medication and the sustainable devel-opment of NCMS.[Methods] Descriptive analysis and multi-ANOVA were carried out on the medicine and medical expense.[Results] In the township hospitals and village clinics,the pencentage of the prescriptions that including 3-6 drugs was 76.41% and 70.22%,the percentage of the prescriptions including two and more antibiotics was 21.5% and 30.5%,and the percentage of using hormone was 17.1% and 33.2% respectively.The percentage of IM and IV in the township hospitals and vil-lage clinics were 62.35% and 76.44%.The medical costs and the total costs of prescriptions after the carrying out of the CMS were higher than before.[Conclusion] Reform the management system,strengthen the technique training and reform the mechanism of reward of rural doctors are the possible ways to improve the status of clinical unreasonable use of drugs in town-ship hospitals and village clinics.更多还原
