286株葡萄球菌的耐药性分析

【摘要】 [目的]了解葡萄球菌在临床上的分布及对常用抗菌药物的耐药性,为临床选择抗菌药物提供依据。[方法]用VITEK32型全自动细菌分析系统对我院临床分离的286株葡萄球菌进行鉴定,药敏试验采用K—B法,判断标准按NCCLS2002年版进行。[结果]共分离出葡萄球菌286株,其中金黄色葡萄球菌66株,耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)21株,占31.8%,凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌220株,耐甲氧西林凝固酶阴性葡萄球菌(MRCNS)186株,占84.5%;MRSA和MRCNS除对万古霉素和替考拉宁的耐药率为0%外,对其他大多数抗菌药物的耐药率均较高,甲氧西林敏感葡萄球菌(MSS)除对青霉素、氨苄西林、克拉霉素和红霉素等的耐药率(51.1%~88.9%)较高外,对其他抗菌药物的耐药率较低。[结论]该院葡萄球菌的耐药率有逐渐增高趋势,临床医师应根据药敏结果选择抗菌药物。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To understand the distribution of staphylococcus and it’s drug resistance in antimicrobial drugs,to provide clinical referance for drug selection.[Methods]286 strains staphylococcus were identified by 32 type VITEK in our affiliated hospital,susceptibility test was performed by(K-B)method,with the distinguishing standard according to NCCLS 2002.[Results]286 strains staphylococcus were separated.Among them,there were 66 strains staphylococcus aureus,21 strains of which were meticillin-resistant staphylococcus(MRSA)and accounted for 31.8%,Coagulase-negative were 220 strains staphylococeus,186 strains of which were meticillin-resistant coagurase-negative staphylococcus and accounted for 84.5%;MRSA and MRCNS in drug tolerance rate were high to most of antimicrobial agents except Vancomycin and Teicoplanin.The resistance rate of MSS to Penicillin,Ampicillin,Clarithromycin and Erythromycin were high(51.1%-88.9%),while that to the rest antimicrobial agents were low.[Conclusions]The drug tolerance rate of staphylococous increases gradually,physicians should select antibiotic drugs according to drug sensitivity.
