【摘要】 [目的]开发用于测量生命质量的8条目简明量表(SF-8)中文版本,并检验其信度和效度。[方法]采用翻译与回译两个步骤开发SF-8中文版本;采用现况调查用SF-8中文版本测量部分成都市居民生命质量,计算量表的内部一致性信度,并以SF-36为校标计算SF-8量表的校标效度,运用因子分析评价其结构效度。[结果]SF-8量表的克朗巴赫α系数为0.749;SF-8量表测量结果与SF-36的总分相关系数为0.559,各维度相关系数范围在0.339～0.539之间;因子分析共提取出3个公因子,即心理健康、生理健康和总体健康,累计贡献率为71.71%。[结论]SF-8量表具有较好的信度和效度,可以在中国人群中应用。但在应用时也要注意调查对结果灵敏度的要求。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To develop the Chinese version of Short Form 8(SF-8)and test the reliability and validity.[Methods]The Chinese version of SF-8 was developed by translation and back translation.Chinese version of SF-8 was used to measure Chengdu citizen’ quality of life in a cross-sectional study.Cronbach’ α coefficient was calculated to evaluate the internal consistency;criterion validity was calculated with SF-36 as criterion;factor analysis was used to evaluate construct validity.[Results]Cronbach’ α coefficient of SF-8 was 0.749;correlation coefficient between SF-8 and SF-36 was 0.559;the 3 factors mental health,physical health and integrated health,were sorted,which accounted for 71.71% of the scale’s total variances.[Conclusions]The study suggests that the SF-8 has satisfactory reliability and validity,and it can be used in Chinese population.But we should pay attention to the requirement for sensitivity of the survey,when we select SF-8 to measure the quality of life.更多还原
