聚乙二醇肠道准备的临床观察

【摘要】 [目的]探讨使用聚乙二醇电解质散肠道准备效果。[方法]对600例行大肠镜检查的患者随机分为两组,观察组285例于检查前4h口服聚乙二醇电解质散137.15g,对照组315例于检查前1d晚上8:00口服番泻叶20g,检查当日晨8时口服20%甘露醇250ml,下午行肠镜检查。两组患者饮水2000~2500ml。[结果]两组患者肠道准备的效果均较满意,统计处理表明两组之间差异无统计无统计学意义(P﹥0.05)。聚乙二醇组患者初次排便时间为5~120min,平均47.8±48.5min;番泻叶+甘露醇组患者初次排便时间为120~480min,平均360.6±52.7min;两组比较初次排便时间差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。聚乙二醇组排便次数为3~7次,平均5.0±1.6次;而番泻叶+甘露醇组排便次数为6~20次,平均9.8±2.0次;两组比较差异有统计学意义(P﹤0.001)。聚乙二醇组29例患者(10.18%)出现不适症状;番泻叶+甘露醇组110例患者(34.92%)出现各种不适症状,其中腹痛较重8例,予654-210mg肌注后缓解。两组患者均未发生严重的不良反应。[结论]聚乙二醇电解质散是一种高效、安全的新一代肠道准备药。

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the bowel preparation effect of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder.[Methods]600 patients who underwent colonoscope exam were randomly divided into two groups,258 cases of observation group each took 137.15 Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder orally 4 hours before exam,315 cases of control group each took folium sennae 20 g orally at 8:00pm of preceding night,took 250 ml 20% mannitol orally at 8:00am on examing day,colonoscope exam was undergone in the afternoon.Patients of two groups each took 2 000-2 500 ml water.[Results]The bowel preparation effect of the two groups was all satisfied.There was no statistical difference(P﹥0.05)in the two groups.Patients of Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder group tood macrogo whoes first defecation time ranged from 5-120 min,the mean result was 47.8 ± 48.5 min;Patients of control group took folium sennae and mannitol whose first defecation time ranged from 120-480 min,the mean result was 360.6 ± 52.7.There was significant difference between two groups on first defecation time(P﹤0.001).The times of defecation from group taking macrogo were 3-7,mean 5.0 ± 1.6.The times of defecation from group taking folium sennae and mannitol were 6-20,mean 9.8 ± 2.0.There was significant difference between two groups(P﹤0.001).There were 29 patients(10.18%)showing indisposition in group taking macrogo;and 110 patients(34.92%)showing indisposition in group taking folium sennae and mannitol.There were 8 cases in which patients suffered from sever abdominal pain,and the symptom was released after administering 654-210 mg intramuscularly.There was no severe adverse effect in the two groups.[Conclusion]Polyethylene Glycol Electrolytes Powder is a high performance and safe new bowel preparation medicine.
