【摘要】 [目的]评估碘缺乏病防治效果,掌握消除碘缺乏病工作进程。[方法]按照《四川省消除碘缺乏病阶段目标评估方案》进行。[结果]组织管理等综合评分均在85分以上,甲状腺肿大率为6.2%,合格碘盐食用率为94.2%,碘盐覆盖率98.9%,尿碘中位数为171.6μg/L,≤20μg/L占1.3%。[结论]125个县(市、区)实现了消除或基本消除碘缺乏病阶段目标。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To evaluate the effect of preventing and curing iodine deficiency disorders,and access the course of eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.[Methods]The《stage goal evaluation scheme of eliminating iodine defi-ciency disorders in Sichuan province》was used to conduct the evaluation.[Results]General grades were all above 85 in or-ganization and management.The goiter rate was 6.2%.The qualified iodine salt rate was 94.2%.The iodine salt coverage rate was 98.9%,the median urinary iodine was 171.6μg/L,in which about 1.3%were≤20μg/L.[Conclusion]125 counties have realized the stage goal of eliminating or basically eliminating iodine deficiency disorders.更多还原
