【摘要】 [目的]对本区10家商场、写字楼、宾馆和医院的47件空调冷却水进行军团菌的调查。[方法]先用GVPC平皿分离可疑菌落,再利用BCYE平皿、BCY平皿和血平皿进一步鉴定,最后用PCR和生化反应进行确认。[结果]检出14件冷却水含有军团菌,检出率29.78%。[结论]本区军团菌的存在较为普遍,应加强空调冷却水污染军团菌的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 [Objective]To study the legionella in 47 air-condition cooling water in some supermarkets,office buildings,hotels and hospitals in this district.[Methods]The dubious colony was isolated on the GVPC plate.Then the BCYE plate、the BCY plate and the blood plate were used to determine the legionella further.Finally PCR and the biochemistry reaction were conducted to confirm the results.[Results]The legionella was found in 14 cups of cooling water.The rate was 29.78%.[Conclusion]The existence of legionella in this district is relatively common.It is necessary to strengthen the examination of legionella.更多还原
