【摘要】 目的研究D-101型大孔吸附树脂分离纯化三七总皂苷的工艺条件及参数。方法以三七总皂苷的含量为考察指标,研究三七总皂苷纯化过程中,D-101型大孔吸附树脂吸附容量、洗脱溶媒及其用量,并用正交试验法优选最佳洗脱条件。结果通过D-101型大孔吸附树脂纯化后,70%乙醇洗脱液干燥后总固物中三七总皂苷纯度可达90%。结论本纯化工艺设计科学合理、成本低、污染少,可作为纯化三七总皂苷成分生产工艺的依据。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To optimize the technical parameters of total arasaponin purification with macroporous resin.METHODS Conditions for the optimizing elution were studied under the index of the content of total arasaponin.RESULTS The purity of total arasaponin was up to 90% after removing the part of 70% ethanolic elution.CONCLUSION The method was a suitable purification for total arasaponin.更多还原
