【摘要】 目的为溃疡宁胶囊质量控制提供新方法。方法色谱柱:Agilent hypersil ODS(4.6mm×250mm,5μm);流动相:甲醇-水(70∶30);检测波长:280nm;柱温:35℃;流速:1.0mL.m in-1。结果靛蓝线性范围:0.077 63~0.580 2μg.mL-1,相关系数r分别为0.999 8,回收率为100.1%,RSD为1.24%。结论本方法简便、可靠、重现性好,能起到控制溃疡宁胶囊中靛蓝含量的作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To develop an effective quality control method for Kuiyangning capsules.METHODS Indigotin in Kuiyangning capsules was determined by RP-HPLC,using Agilent hypersil ODS(4.6×250mm,5μm)column,methanol-water(70∶30) as mobile phase and UV detector was set at 280 nm.The flow rate was 1.0 mL·min-1. RESULTS The linearity range of indigotin was 0.07763～0.5802μg·mL-1,the average recovery was 100.1% with RSD 1.24%.CONCLUSION The method is simple,rapid,accurate and repreatable.It can be used for determination of indigotin in Kuiyangning capsules.更多还原
