【摘要】 目的探讨全髋关节置换术后人工髋关节脱位的原因及防治策略。方法回顾性分析1993年5月~2006年6月15例人工关节脱位的临床资料,全麻下手法复位后牵引或外固定治疗。结果均复位成功,发现脱位至复位成功平均时间为6.2(1~15)d。均获随访,未再发生脱位。结论行全髋关节置换术应严格掌握手术适应证,提高手术技巧,加强术后护理,以预防术后脱位发生。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To discuss the causes and precautions of dislocation after total hip replacement(THR).Method 15 cases of dislocation after THR were retrospectively studied.All the dislocations received manipulative reduction under general anaesthesia and tracted or externally fixed.ResultsThe mean period of dislocation was 6.2 days.All cases were followed up,and no dislocation relapsed.Conclusion Strict surgical indications,good operative skills and careful postoperative care are the keys to prevent dislocations after THR.更多还原
