镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折
Clinical Study of Nickel-titanium Shape Memory Alloy Enbracing Fixator for Clavicle Fracture
【摘要】 目的探讨镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折的疗效。方法对153例锁骨骨折患者,使用镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器行内固定。结果术后骨折局部无疼痛、肿胀、畸形。90例随访4~26月,根据Karlsson疗效评价,治愈85例,好转5例,治愈率94.4%。术后发生环抱器松动2例,予以更换;85例拆除环抱器,手术开展初期1例拆除内固定时发生再次骨折,另82例采用改良法拆除环抱器,无一例再骨折。结论镍钛形状记忆合金环抱器治疗锁骨骨折简便、固定牢固、便于早期功能锻炼、术后生物相容性强、组织反应轻,我院改良的取出方法具有方便快速等优点。
【Abstract】 Objective To explore the clinical effect of Nickel-titanium shape memory alloy enbracing fixator(SMAEF) for clavicle fracture.Method 153 patients of clavicular fracture were fixated by SMAEF.Results There was no pain,swell or abnormity in the fracture parts.90 cases were followed up for 4 to 26 months.According to the Karlsson Evaluation,85 healed well,5 improved,and the healing rate was 94.4%.The internal fixators of 2 cases were changed because of SMAEF cinch.85 SMAEFs were taken out and one case re-fractured when SMAEF dislodging in the early period.No re-fracture occurred in the later 82 patients underwent modified SMAEF-dislodging method.Conclusions SMAEF demonstrates advantages as easy manipulating,definite fixation,good biocompatibility,little tissue reaction,and easy to early functional exercise for clavicle fracture.The modified SMAEF-dislodging method is recommendable as convenience.
