【摘要】 目的探讨外固定支架同期加压延长治疗伴有骨缺损、肢体短缩的长骨不连的疗效。方法回顾性分析2003年3月~2005年10月使用Ⅳ型镶嵌式外固定器同期加压延长治疗伴有骨缺损、肢体短缩的长骨不连15例,同时处理骨缺损与骨不连。结果15例随访9~39个月,骨缺损段新生骨生长良好,骨不连断端完全骨性愈合,愈合时间平均6.6(4~13)个月,肢体短缩畸形基本矫正。骨折端成角2例,均<8,°未予特殊处理;针孔感染2例,经对症、抗感染处理后痊愈。结论使用Ⅳ型镶嵌式外固定器同期加压延长治疗伴有骨缺损、肢体短缩的长骨不连,能缩短治疗时间,并可取得良好疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the therapeutic method and effect of long bone non-union with defection and shortening.Method 15 cases of long bone non-union with defection and shortening were treated by compression and lengthening simultaneously after the type Ⅳ inlaid external fixators were fixed.Results All the cases were followed up for 9 to 39 months.The defection and non-union of long bones were cured in 6.6 months averagely and the shortening limbs got corrected.The fracture end angulated(<8°)in 2 cases,and the pinhole infected in 2 cases.Conclusion Compression and lengthening simultaneously after fixing the type Ⅳ inlaid external fixator,the long bones non-union with defection and shortening can get a simple and effective cure approach.更多还原
