高校图书馆人力资源管理浅析
【摘要】 文章分析了高校图书馆人力资源的现状,提出了开发人力资源的对策,结合图书馆的工作特点,强调了绩效管理,激励措施的作用。
【Abstract】 The thesis analyzes the current status of human resource in the libraries in colleges and universities.It raises measures for developing human resource.Combining the characteristics of the work in library,this thesis emphasizes on the effect of performance management and incentive measures.
