寄生虫病专科护理管理的做法与成效

【摘要】 目的探索开展寄生虫病专科护理管理的方法,提高寄生虫病专科护理的质量。方法建立专科病管理领导小组,制订规范化培训计划,培养专科护理人员的科研意识,加强专科病的健康教育、技术管理及质量管理工作。结果护理质量检查合格率及护士业务理论知识、技能操作合格率均为100%;两年共发表专业论文16篇,编写了《常见寄生虫病防治知识》书籍1本,参与3项课题研究;患者健康知识知晓率及满意度分别为90.5%与98.5%。结论开展寄生虫病专科护理工作,可最大限度发挥专科护士的效能,并可提高了护理人员的专业理论及科研水平,提高了临床护理质量及患者满意度。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the specific nursing of patients with parasitic diseases to improve the quality of specific nursing.Method A leading group of specific nursing was established,headed by senior and chief nurses not only to make formalized training program including periodical professional seminars,discussions and exams but to strengthen health education,technical administration and quality control of specialized diseases.Results Through disease-specialized nursing,the general nursing level and clinical nursing research of parasitic diseases were improved.In the past 2 years,16 papers,together with a book named Control Knowledge of Common Parasitic Diseases,were published.The group members took part in 3 scientific projects.The passing rate of professional exams for all nurses reached 100%,even with an average score of 89.5.Through these exams,the health educational abilities for nursing staff were improved,and more than 90% patients were educated to know health knowledge.Based on the achievement above,patients knew more about their own diseases and self-care.The knowing rate of health knowledge and the satisfaction degree reached 90.5% and 98.5%,respectively.Conclusions The carrying-out of parasitic disease-specialized nursing can make the nurses fully exert their efficiency,provide patients with complete,systematic and continuous specific nursing.The value of nursing has been embodied in the whole process of recovery.更多还原
