患者滞留外科重症监护室的原因分析及对策

【摘要】 目的提高护理质量,缩短患者在外科重症监护室(Surgical Intensive Care Unit,SICU)的滞留时间。方法收集2001年1月~2006年9月入住SICU≥20 d的危重患者,对其滞留的原因进行分析。结果滞留SICU的患者以老年患者居多,疾病分类广泛,病情复杂,并发症发生率及死亡率高。结论护士加强专业理论知识学习,熟悉各病种,密切观察病情变化,做好消毒隔离工作,并加强重病护理、心理护理,能减少并发症的发生率,提高抢救成功率,缩短患者在SICU滞留时间。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To improve nursing quality and shorten the patients’ duration of staying in surgical intensive care(SICU).Methods Data were collected from patients who stayed in SICU over 20 days or longer during January 2001 and September 2006.Analysis was made to determine the reasons for their prolonged stay in SICU.Results Majority of patients with prolonged stay in SICU were of advanced age with complicated courses of disease.Both complication rates and mortality rates were high.Conclusion If nurses can strengthen their learning of professional theories,familiarize themselves with all kinds of disease,closely monitor progression of diseases,make good preparations for resuscitations,maintain high standards of infection and isolation control,improve nursing care in both physical and psychological aspects,detect complications in a timely manner,and increase the success rate of resuscitation,the duration of patients’ staying in SICU can be shortened.更多还原
