【摘要】 目的探讨口腔黏膜游离移植尿道再造术的手术配合方法。方法对36例患者行口腔黏膜游离移植尿道再造术。同时做好患者术前核对及心理安抚工作,重视取颊黏膜的配合,术中严格执行无菌操作。结果本组患者手术效果满意,无1例发生术后伤口感染,新尿道全部成活。结论手术室护士熟悉手术步骤,密切配合手术,严格执行无菌操作是手术中护理配合的要点。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the nursing cooperation of autologous buccal mucosal graft for urethral reconstruction.Methods 36 patients have been treated by using buccal mucosal grafts for urethral reconstruction.Checking and mental care before operation,nursing cooperation of cutting buccal mucosa,and strict aseptic operation were applied to them.Results The operations were satisfactory without any cut infection after the operation.The new urethras grew successful.Conclusion The key nursing points for the operation include nurses knowing operation procedures well,skillful cooperation during operation and strict aseptic operation.更多还原
