我院护理人员工作应激现况的调查研究

【摘要】 目的探讨儿童医院护士的工作应激状态及影响因素。方法运用工作应激调查表,对410名儿童医院护理人员应激现况进行调查分析。结果护士人际关系、工作条件、对工作兴趣和投入程度处于高应激的比例分别为51.9%、36.2%、65.8%,其中手术室、补液室、急诊科、儿科重症监护室、手术外科、五官病区护士在人际关系方面处于高应激状态。不同职称护士在人际关系方面差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论儿童医院护士在人际关系、工作条件、对工作兴趣和投入程度处于高应激状态。护理管理者要关注并采取措施减轻儿童医院护士的工作应激。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate occupational stress and influencing factors among nurses of Children’s Hospital.Method By using international current "Work Stress Questionnaire",we investigated the occupational stress among 410 in-service female nurses of Guangzhou Children’s Hospital,and took statistic analysis.Results The level of occupational stress among the nurses was high.Operating room,transfusing room,emergency department,PICU,department of surgery,five sensory organs,and department of surgery were in high level in interpersonal relationship.There were significant difference at interpersonal relationship between nurses with different professional titles(P<0.05).The higher professional title,the higher level of interpersonal relationship.The level of interpersonal relationship of the nurses in clinic department was lower than that of the nurses in the department of pediatric internal medicine and department of surgery and department of pediatric intensive(P<0.05).Conclusion We should pay attention to the occupational stress of the children’s hospital and take correspond measures to relieve it.更多还原
