【Abstract】 Objective To observe the change of PGE2 during distraction osteogenesis.Methods The change of PGE2 was investigated by ABC-ELISA and radioimmunoassay methods. The skeletal morphologic change was studied by histochemistry and histoimmunochemical methods.Results The expression of PGE2 was higher during distraction osteogenesis.Conclusion PGE2 participates in the regulation of distraction osteogenesis, PGE2 is concerned with the mechanism of distraction osteogenesis.更多还原
