RVG数字成像系统失真率的初步研究

【摘要】 目的用RVG(radio visio graphy)数字成像系统和离体牙测量法分别测量上颌第一前磨牙的解剖外形特点,观测数字图像的失真率,为临床诊断提供参考依据。方法选取近期拔除的根尖完整的上颌第一前磨牙70颗,用游标卡尺分别测量牙长、冠长、根长、颈宽、颈厚、冠宽和冠厚;用15mm挫针作校准标记拍摄每个牙齿颊舌向、近远中向的RVG数字图像,再用TROPHY测量软件的校准功能在数字图像上分别测量前述各指标,与实际长度比较,计算RVG数字成像系统的失真率。结果失真率分别为牙长1.32%、冠长1.15%、根长2.61%、颈宽3.20%、颈厚1.26%和冠宽0.65%、冠厚0.92%。结论本研究获得了有关RVG数字成像系统根尖片失真率的信息,为临床应用提供参考依据。

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the distorted rate of RadioVisioGraphy in tooth measurement.Methods Seventy extracted first maxillary premolars were collected in this study. A 15mm file segment was used as the calibrated mark. Each tooth with the file was taken radiograph with Trophy RVG digital imaging system. The length of tooth,crown and root and the width of cervix and crown and the thickness of cervix and crown were measured in the RVG digital images with the software and compared with that measured with a vernier caliper on the teeth.Results The length of tooth,crown and root and the width and thickness of cervix and crown measured from RVG image was 1.32%, 1.15%, 2.61%, 3.20%, 1.26% larger than that from teeth, respectively. However, the width and thickness of crown from digital image were 0.65% and 0.92% less than that from teeth,respectively.Conclusion The distort rate of RVG image should be considered in clinical application.
