【摘要】 为探讨准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术手术前后非接触眼压计测量值变化的相关因素,选择2004-12/2005-06来承德医学院附属医院接受准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术,术后随访半年以上的患者136例(272眼),手术前和术后1个月均采用非接触式眼压计测量眼压,并测量角膜中央厚度,对手术前后患者眼压差与角膜切削厚度之间关系进行直线相关和一元回归分析。结果显示准分子激光原位角膜磨镶术术后非接触眼压计测量值低于术前[(1.111±0.293),(1.902±0.407)kPa,P<0.01],手术前后眼压差值与角膜厚度呈高度正相关(r=0.32,P<0.01)。提示激光切削是导致手术后非接触眼压计测量值结果下降的直接原因,且眼压测量值随角膜厚度的减少而下降。更多还原

【Abstract】 To explore the related results of intraocular pressure (IOP) with non-contact tonometer (NCT) before and after laser assisted in situ keratomi leusis (LASIK). A total of 136 patients (272 eyes), who were followed up for over half a year and received LASIK from December 2004 to June 2005 in the Affiliated Hospital of Chengde Medical College were chosen. Before and one year after LASIK, IOP and central corneal thickness (CCT) were measured. The relationship between difference of IOP and cutting of CCT was evaluated by linear correlation and simple regression analysis before and after operation. It showed that compared with that before operation, the result of IOP after LASIK was lower [(1.111±0.293),(1.902±0.407) kPa, P < 0.01]. There were positively significant differences between difference of IOP and CCT highly (r =0.32,P < 0.01). It indicated that IOP after LASIK was lower that was caused directly by the cutting of laser. Besides, the decreasing of IOP was corresponded with the reduction of CCT.更多还原
