【Abstract】 Whether the teacher can set up prestige in the students is important in the management process of educating and teaching.But on how to set up"teacher prestige"in the students,some of school teachers is still using the traditional concept to deal with the teacher-student relationship.In fact in the present middle school student education,great changes have taken place in the student’s concept on"teacher’s prestige".The secondary school teachers only have adapted to the request of modern educating developing,changing properly the traditional"Teacher prestige□concept,abiding the developing law of the middle school student’s body and mind,knowing students sufficiently,showing loving to students,thus they can set up real prestige before students.更多还原
