撒粮报警器传感器振动特性的有限元分析
Finite Element Analysis for Sensor Dynamic Characteristics of a Grain Loss Warner
【摘要】 本文采用自编的三节点环形单元有限元程序计算了阶梯状圆形薄板轴对称与非轴对称振动的固有频率和振型,并将轴对称振动计算结果与Ansys程序的计算结果相对照,证明自编程序不仅可以计算轴对称振动,而且可以计算非轴对称振动,精度也比Ansys程序的计算结果高,为撒粮报警器传感器的设计提供了可靠的计算方法和参考数据。
【Abstract】 Natural frequencies and mode shapes of axisymmetric and non-axisymmetric vibration of stepped thin circular plates are calculated with the self-programmed program.Three-node annular elements are used.The results of axisymmetric vibration obtained by the self-programmed program and those by Ansys program are compared.It shows that self-programmed program can calculate axisymmetric vibration as well as non-axisymmetric vibration.The accuracy of self-programmed program is higher than Ansys method.This investigation provides reliable calculating method and reference data for the design of the sensor of the grain loss warner.
