基于集群的EBE-PCG算法在物探中的应用
Application of EBE-PCG Algorithm Based on Cluster in Object-Probed
【摘要】 采用有限元法进行电法勘探时,会产生大型稀疏线性方程组,如何提高方程组的求解效率成为物探研究的关键。提出了在Beowulf集群环境下,采用粗粒度EBE-PCG算法处理物探问题。在集群环境下,该算法具有机器间相互通信少,易于并行实现等优点。实验结果表明,采用EBE-PCG算法获得了良好的并行效果。
【Abstract】 The sparse sets of linear equations are produced in electrical surveying using finite element method,how to raise the efficiency of the solution of equations is the key to object-probed.The coarse-grained EBE-PCG algorithm based on Beowulf cluster is put forward to solve the problem of object-probed. The algorithm has the merits of less communication and parallel implementation is also very easy under the environment of Beowulf cluster. Experimental results show that good parallel results have been obtained using the algorithm.
