【摘要】 目的研究急性脑梗死家兔尿激酶溶栓后滴注巴曲酶的安全性及对脑组织超氧化物歧化酶、丙二醛的影响。方法雄性健康新西兰大白兔18只,随机分为对照组、治疗1组、治疗2组,每组6只,采用颈内动脉自血栓塞法建立脑梗死模型。造模后2 h静脉溶栓。造模后24 h处死动物观察脑组织病理变化,测定脑组织超氧化物歧化酶活性、丙二醛含量。结果治疗1组、治疗2组各有2例出血;治疗1组2例有梗死灶,治疗2组仅1例有梗死灶;治疗2组超氧化物化歧酶活性最高,对照组最低,3组之间均有显著性差异(P均<0.05);2个治疗组丙二醛含量下降,与对照组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论急性脑梗死家兔尿激酶溶栓后滴注巴曲酶可以增强自由基清除能力而不增加出血发生率。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective It is to study the safety of transfused Batroxobin after using Urokinase in rabbit with acute cerebral infarction and the influence to SOD and MDA.Method 18 male healthy New Zealand rabbit were randomizedly divided into three groups: model control group,group 1 of therapy and group 2 of therapy.Each group contained 6 animals.The rabbit model was established by using self embolism to embolize the cerebral artery through intracervical artery.Thrombolysis treatment through vein began at 2 hours after model formation.The histopathological changes of the brain tissue and the changes of SOD and MDA in the brain tissue were observed through head cutting at 24 hours after model formation.Results There were 2 cases of brain hemorrhage both in therapy groups.2 cases had focus in group 1 of therapy;1 case had focus in group 2 of therapy.The activity of SOD was the highest in group 2 of therapy and the lowest in model control group.There were difference samong three groups(P<0.05).The contents of MDA of both therapy groups were lower than that of the model group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transfusing with Batroxobin after using Urokinase in rabbit with acute cerebral infarction can improve clear ability of the free radical,but doesn’t increase the incidence of haemorrhage.更多还原
